Dr. Farhat and Nurse Practioner Dixon are highly skilled in the administration of Botox to various areas of the body to ensure you receive the treatment you need to achieve the results you want. All Botox treatments start with an initial consultation with the healthcare practitioner and only once you feel comfortable to proceed will arrangements be made for the actual procedure. Most procedures are “lunchtime” procedures in that they are done efficiently in a short space of time with minimal recovery time meaning that you can usually be back to your normal schedule within 90 minutes. We endeavor to meet patients' schedules and so out of hours appointments are available for our Botox patients.
Botox for migraines, bruxism, and hyperhidrosis is covered by a combination of provincial health insurance and either patient private insurance or our compassionate program.
We are excited to partner with Abbvie and Capsule to provide a compassionate program for our patients who require Botox for medical reasons but are not covered by any private insurance policies.
