Appointments
Arrive on time — patients more than 5 minutes late may need to rebook at the doctor's discretion. Bring your Alberta Health Care number to every visit. Standard appointments are 15 minutes; call at least 48 hours ahead for a longer appointment.
No-show fees
Confirm your attendance via the reminder system. If you miss a confirmed appointment, no-show fees apply (from $40 for a regular visit up to $200 for pediatric appointments).
Prescription refills
New medications require an in-person visit. To renew an existing prescription, ask your pharmacy to fax a renewal request to +1 (587) 443-0394 — allow 2 business days, at the doctor's discretion. If you run out before the renewal comes through, ask your pharmacy for an extension (a 2–3 day supply).
Confidentiality
We never share your information with a third party — including insurers, lawyers, or other clinics — without your express written permission.
