Laser Hair Removal
Long-lasting hair reduction on suitable areas of the face and body using the Cynosure Elite+™ laser system. Treatment areas, suitability and laser settings are determined during consultation.
Hair grows in a three-phase cycle: anagen (active growth), catagen (a brief transition when the hair follicle regresses) and telogen (resting). The laser emits light energy absorbed by melanin in the hair follicle and shaft, damaging the follicle and reducing regrowth. Follicles in the anagen phase respond best, so multiple treatments are needed.
