Dr. Mohamed Farhat is a physician with a family with 28 years of experience in the field. he has a wide range of skills and experience in various aspects of family practice, such as managing medical problems, performing minor surgeries, and providing cosmetic services. 

Dr. Farhat is passionate about delivering high-quality care to his patient and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being

Dr. Reem Hamdi, has been working as a Family physician since 2015. She graduated from the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Calgary.  She did additional training in maternity and newborn care and worked in labor and delivery in addition to the general Family Medicine practice. She holds a Master’s degree in health science education from the University of Alberta. She enjoys taking care of her patients and their families and will always try to do her best for their health and overall well-being. 

Blue Diamond Medical Clinic is proud to have Dr. Hamdi part of the family.

 Dr. Anyogu has joined us from Belfast, Ireland. She has over 12 years experience as a family physician in UK and Nigeria. Her medical interests lie in women’s health, fitness; wellness, psychiatry and aesthetics. She loves spending time with her husband; three children, travelling; dining.  

Dr. Tamer Adham MB.BCh MSc MD(Pediatrics) MRCPCH was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, he graduated from Ain Shams Medical School where he completed his residency in 1995. He is also a proud member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in London, UK. Dr. Adham has had a stellar career having previously worked in Egypt and Abu Dhabi (UAE) before establishing his practice in Canada in 2013. His areas of interest include general pediatrics, learning difficulties and weight issues. 

When not attending to his patient needs Dr Adham enjoys outdoor pursuits including hiking, biking, bird watching and SCUBA diving.

Dr. Bakare has been a family physician since 2006. As an hospitalist, he currently maintains hospital

credentials while practising at Blue Diamond Medical. He is an assistant clinical professor at the

University of Calgary and has extensive experience in Chronic Disease Management, Palliative Care and

teaching. His interests include caring for the overall health of his patients, excision of minor skin lesions

and intra-articular injections for degenerative diseases of the knees, shoulder and ankles – which can all

be done in house at the clinic.

When not working, Dr. Bakare enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and watching

basketball games.

Dr. Omonijo completed her Family Medicine residency in the United Kingdom and has experience working in both community and hospital settings. She enjoys and always strives to provide high quality care to her patients and their families. Outside of work, she is a mother to 2 little boys and enjoys spending time with her family, she also enjoys travelling and reading. She is excited to join Blue Diamond Medical Clinic and is looking forward to helping you with your health concerns.

Karin Dixon BNSc, MN-NP, a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years in the healthcare field, brings a wealth of expertise to her role. With 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner and an additional 5 years as a Registered Nurse before launching her own business, Karin's background includes extensive practice in primary care, with a focus on women's health, pediatrics, and travel health. Her dedication to professional growth is evident through her achievements, including Advanced Injector Certification (filler and BOTOX™) from the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, Menopause Certified Practitioner certification from the Menopause Society (formerly the North American Menopause Society), and Travel Medicine certification from the International Society of Travel Medicine.
