Blue Diamond Medical is pleased to announce a collaboration with Euclid Telehealth to offer eye screening at our clinic which Alberta Health Services covers. In keeping with the clinic’s belief that “prevention is better than cure” we are working with Euclid Telehealth to offer free screening for all patients over 40 years old, diabetics, and those with a family history of eye disease.  Euclid Telehealth at Blue Diamon Medical Clinic offers a specialized eye disease screening covered by Alberta Health Care, for the early detection, prevention, and treatment of vision loss. 
Euclid will be on-site at our clinic, one day per month, to offer a non-invasive 20-minute eye disease screening.  Based on your doctor’s recommendation, Euclid will contact you to schedule an appointment.
