Our practice opened on 4 July 2022 in West Springs and has been accepting walk-in medical clinic patients consistently since. The practice was started by Dr. Mohamed Farhat who has 28 years’ experience in the field of family medical clinic . We are proud of our steady growth which has been achieved with a commitment to serving our patients and community in a comprehensive and timely fashion. Blue Diamond Medical now houses 3 family physicians, an onsite pediatrician, and a Nurse Practitioner. We continue to grow at a safe and steady pace; ready to meet the needs of our patients who are as diverse as we are.
