Our practice opened on July 4, 2022, in West Springs and has consistently accepted walk-in medical clinic patients since then. The practice was founded by Dr. Mohamed Farhat, who has 28 years of experience in the field of family medicine. We are proud of our steady growth, which has been achieved through a strong commitment to serving our patients and community in a comprehensive and timely manner. Blue Diamond Medical now houses three family physicians, an onsite pediatrician, and a nurse practitioner.
